This is why I’m against the bike trails built by road builders plowing through our natural areas. The same environmentalists who decry deforestation, I find, will not protest this deforestation. Yet, paved road rails tend to take far more land than standard projects.

That and the immense cost to taxpayers is insane.

The Florida Trail Association creates and maintains it’s own hiking trails through our state.

The bikers, who tend to be rather wealthy, has US paying for the same.

If the hikers can find people to do it, so can bikers!
