About the Czars: It’s not like I attached the ‘Czars’ title to these appointees. The White House is using the certainly overboard title. Though more apt with the slew of people being handed this variety of positions. It was in 1982 that the term was first used for the new ‘Drug Czar’ by none other than – Joe Biden.
